ORBO’s Beauty AI automation solutions provide a visual experience and discovery layer for any brand/D2C/E- commerce/retailer. The brand gains insights into demographics, facial features, skin tone, abnormalities, and customer intent using the AI tools. This drives customized product research as per market segmentation and reduces Customer Acquisition Cost. ORBO has a very niche market with a minute Total Addressable Market (TAM). They also appeared on Shark Tank (Season 3) and received a great deal.
Challenge:
Orbo was in search of a reliable partner who could deliver quality leads from their niche and hard to crack market. Past negative experience with another lead generation company had created skepticism and hesitance in a partnership. With a desire for cautious engagement, they requested a pilot project before committing to a long-term contract. We created a Pilot agreement to secure 3 SQLs from a pre-approved list of target companies within one month.
The Process
Understanding the Client and Solutions: We took the time to understand Orbo’s AI Beauty solutions & created a tailored strategy for lead-generation based on our understanding and experience of the D2C segment.
ABM Strategy: We initiated our Account Based Marketing approach with a Drip email sequence for their AI products. We used engaging graphics, solution decks and demo links as well in our emails for maximum impact.
Rapid Responses: By the 2nd week of engagement, we started a calling campaign based on the campaign analytics and started receiving responses and initiated qualification process.
